AlbaHub, LLC ("AlbaHub", "we", "us") is a Michigan limited liability company based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. We provide workflow automation consulting and implementation services to businesses.

These terms cover the website only. Any consulting or implementation work, including an Automation Sprint, is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. That agreement sets out the scope, price, schedule, ownership of what we build, and each party's responsibilities. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Asking for a free workflow review, or submitting any other form on this site, doesn't create a contract for services and doesn't oblige either of us to work together. We may decline a request.

The content on this site is general information about our services and about the systems and regulations we work with. It isn't legal, regulatory or compliance advice; for decisions about DSCSA or any other regulation, rely on your own advisers.

Examples on this site are illustrations of how a workflow could be automated, not reports of client results. Prices shown are starting prices. The price for any work is the one in the written agreement.

Please use the site lawfully. Don't:

• Submit false or misleading information through a form.
• Try to access parts of the site or its systems that aren't meant for you.
• Interfere with how the site runs, for example by flooding it with automated requests.
• Send spam or malicious code.
• Impersonate another person or company.

We may block access if you do.

The site's text, design, graphics and logos belong to AlbaHub, LLC or its licensors. Please don't copy or republish them without our written permission. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their owners. Mentioning a product doesn't mean we are partnered with, certified by or endorsed by its maker.

The website is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it's error-free or always online.

To the extent the law allows, AlbaHub, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost data. Liability for consulting or implementation work is set out in the written agreement for that work.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Macomb County, Michigan.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
