Is AlbaHub a software product?
No. AlbaHub is a consultancy. We build automations between the systems you already use and hand them over to you. There's no AlbaHub platform to license and no per-seat fee.
What does it cost?
Our starting offer is the Automation Sprint: one workflow automated end-to-end, from $2,500. You get a fixed price in writing before any work starts. If a workflow is bigger than one sprint, we'll say so and quote it separately.
How long does it take?
A sprint takes 2–3 weeks from the agreed start date. How quickly we get access to your systems, and to someone who knows the workflow, affects the schedule, so we agree both up front.
Do we have to replace any of our systems?
No. The point is to connect the systems you already run. We use whatever each system supports: an API, a database, scheduled file exports or an email inbox.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, configuration and documentation are handed over at the end of the sprint, and the automation runs in accounts you control.
Do you need access to our systems?
Yes, usually a user account or API key for each system in the workflow. You create those accounts, you control them, and you can switch them off when the work is done.
What happens after handoff?
You get a plain-English guide: what the automation does, how to check it's working, and what to do if something fails. If you want us to monitor it or make changes later, we can agree ongoing support separately. It's optional.
