Privacy Policy

When you request a consultation

• Contact details: your name and work email, and your phone number if you choose to give it (it's optional).
• Company details: company name, industry and team size, if you choose to give them.
• About your workflow: the description you enter of the workflow you want fixed.
• Where you came from: the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser user agent, recorded with the request to prevent spam and abuse.

When you browse the site

• Cookies and trackers: HubSpot's tracking code sets cookies (such as __hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc) to count visits and connect them to a form submission. Apollo.io's website tracker identifies visiting organizations and loads LiveIntent, which may set its own identifier cookie. Cloudflare may set a bot-management cookie (__cf_bm).
• Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without using cookies.
• Error reports: if something breaks, Sentry records what happened, including a replay of the page session with form inputs masked.

When you email us

• Your message and email address, stored in our mailbox.

• To reply to your request and arrange the consultation.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you in our CRM.
• To email you about your request and, from time to time, about our services.
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
• To see which organizations visit the site, so we can follow up where it's relevant.
• To block spam and bots, and to find and fix errors.

We don't sell your personal information.

These providers process data on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Cloudflare: Hosts the site, protects it from attacks and bots (including the Turnstile check on our forms), and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics. Privacy policy
• HubSpot: Our CRM, where we keep contact and company records. Its tracking code sets cookies to record page visits, links them to a form submission, and also captures the fields you submit in our form. Privacy policy
• Apollo.io: CRM and sales-engagement tool. It receives form submissions, and its website tracker identifies which organizations, and in some cases which people, visit the site. Privacy policy
• LiveIntent: Loaded by Apollo.io's website tracker to help identify visitors. It may set its own identifier cookie. Privacy policy
• Resend: Sends our emails, including the confirmation you get after submitting the form, and holds the list those emails go to. Privacy policy
• Sentry: Error monitoring. When the site hits an error, Sentry records technical details and a replay of the session leading up to it, with form inputs masked. Privacy policy
• Auth0: Sign-in for our internal admin dashboard only. Site visitors don't use it. Privacy policy
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: The database where form submissions are stored, in the US-Ashburn region. Privacy policy
• Zoho Mail: Our email provider, if you write to us directly at info@albahub.io. Privacy policy

Form submissions are stored in our database in the United States. Our providers may process data in other countries under their own safeguards. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

• Form submissions, and the matching records in our CRM and email list, are kept until you ask us to delete them or until we no longer need them for the reason you gave them to us.
• Error reports and analytics are kept for each provider's standard retention period and then deleted automatically.
• Cookies expire on the schedule set by each provider. You can delete them in your browser at any time.

• Unsubscribe: every email we send about our services has an unsubscribe link.
• Delete, see or correct your data: email info@albahub.io with the subject "Privacy request" and the email address you used. We'll delete or correct your records in our database, CRM and email list, and confirm within 30 days.
• Opt out of tracking: block or delete cookies in your browser, or use a tracker-blocking extension. Blocking HubSpot or Apollo.io doesn't stop the site or the form from working.

Depending on where you live, local law may give you other rights over your data. Email us to use them.

The site is served over HTTPS. Our database accepts only encrypted connections authenticated with client certificates, and access to it is restricted.

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
